Which banks does Taupi support?
Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor via their FiDAViSta XML exports, plus CSV exports from Revolut, Wise, and most other banks (auto-detected, or falling back to a generic CSV parser).
Where do I get a statement file to import?
Export a statement from your bank's online banking or app — look for "Statement export", "FiDAViSta", or "CSV export" in your bank's transaction history. Upload the downloaded file from Import in Taupi.
Does Taupi connect directly to my bank?
No. Taupi never asks for your online banking credentials. You export a statement file yourself and upload it — Taupi never has direct access to your bank account.
Is my financial data sent to AI providers as-is?
No. Before anything is sent to our AI categorization provider, IBANs, card numbers, emails, phone numbers, and personal ID numbers are stripped, and merchant names are cleaned of legal-entity prefixes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings → Security → Delete Account in the app. This permanently deletes your transactions, accounts, imports, and exports. You can also download a full export of your data first from Settings → Security → Export My Data.
Is Taupi free?
Yes, Taupi is free to use during its early-access period. See our Terms of Service for details on future pricing plans.
